pArt of Science
As researchers, when we explore something, we are passionate about sharing it in a way that would be received more easily.
We write articles; we do presentations, and visual materials: photography, microscopy images, basic sketches, detailed illustrations, 3D models, are often the best narrators of our research.
Visual communication tools are powerful ways to grab the attention of the audience and enhance the memorability of the subject. Similarly, throughout my research, I needed visual materials to tell my story.

We are pleased to announce that the project proposal submitted under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A Undergraduate Research Projects Support Programme by lab member Görkem Süner has been awarded funding support.
The supported project, titled “Development of a synthetic highly porous injectable bone graft integrated with natural polymer carrier beads for controlled release”, aims to develop an injectable and highly porous synthetic bone graft system integrated with natural polymer carrier beads to enable controlled release functionality for bone tissue engineering applications.
The project will be conducted under the supervision of Dr Baldemir, with mentorship support from PhD candidate Ece Özmen.
Congratulations Görkem!
